Ocado robot picks up and packs supermarket goods

British online supermarket Ocado is to start using a robot in 2018 that will pack its delivery boxes with food and other products.

The pick station will be trialled at the firm’s high-tech depot in Andover, southern England, which already features other automated technologies.
